Franchisee (Sales Professionals) who can "market & give training" in selected locations throughout the following countries:
Belgium/Luxembourg
You will work with PEP (Personal Efficiency Program), the most effective training program in its field of endeavour. The program helps managers, professionals and support staff to perform their jobs immediately more efficiently and learns them to concentrate on those elements which are crucial to achieving personal, team and overall business goals.
The requirements we are currently looking for are:
- Marketing - Ability to initiate promotion & mailing campaigns; create business opportunities and progressively develop your local marketplace
- Sales - Capable of cold calling and high-volume networking; making presentations and proposals; generating orders
- Communications - Experience to talk with and listen to company Executives; help them with good advice and proven training solutions
- Training - dedicated to participants/students, so they will open up and actively participate in training sessions
- "Can do" - have a positive "can do" approach; you know your way around in your country; have many good contacts; speak your own local language fluently and of course English; and are prepared to work hard to build a new business
